She has been performing with orchestras and string quartets in southeast michigan for many years including 12 years at Ward Evangelical Presbyterian Church and 20 years with the Plymouth Symphony Orchestra.
She earned a music degree from Indiana University-Bloomington and has studied with Albert Lazan, Harold Farbman, and Gabriel Bolkosky.
Taka Konishi is a flutist in Detroit.
